Adelaide Scholarships International for Postgraduate Studies in Australia 2017-18

Deadline: August 31, 2017 (for first round) Applications are open for international candidates who wish to undertake full time study in a Masters or Doctorate Degree by Research. Adelaide Scholarships International are available in the three scholarship rounds to outstanding international applicants from any country who have a First Class Honours result or equivalent, to support their study towards a Higher Degree by Research. Awards are available in all Discipline areas. Funding opportunities are limited and therefore extremely competitive. Deadline: July 7, 2017 Applications are invited for the third edition of the ImpactLabs Summer Workshop! ImpactLabs is an initiative launched by students and graduates of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard University in 2014 when they launched the first summer camp at the University of Lagos. In 2015, they were joined by the Technology Innovation Labs (TIL) of Bells University of Technology, Ota, Nigeria. Their instructors bring varied expertise in engineering design and software. During the camps, the participants gain hands-on experience combining techniques in software and engineering design into real-life technology. The Innovation in Development Reporting Grant Programme (IDR) is a media funding project operated by the European Journalism Centre. The Government of Canada launched the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships (Vanier CGS) program in 2008 to strengthen Canada’s ability to attract and retain world-class doctoral students and establish Canada as a global centre of excellence in research and higher learning. Vanier Scholars demonstrate leadership skills and a high standard of scholarly achievement in graduate studies in the social sciences and/or humanities, natural sciences and/or engineering and health.
